German civic (liberal) parties in Austria-Hungarian Monarchy of the second half 19th Century with regards to territory of Moravia

This text deals with system of political parties within the Autria-Hungarian Monarchy during the second half of 19th Century with special regards to Moravia as a part of wider proces formation of civil society. Main attentions is paid to German's liberal (or so called civic) parties and their activities (development, internal structure, geographical delimitation), including main personalities.
