The Dispute about the Sense of Czech History between T. G. Masaryk and Josef Pekař, and Its Topicality

T. G. Masaryk, a philosopher, put accent on humanity as the main idea of sense of Czech history, while J. Pekař, a historian, stressed Czech patriotism in opposition to German expansionism as the above mentioned main idea.
